About Pastor Eric

Pastor Eric Appiah is a minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, an educator, mentor, researcher and institution-builder whose calling is centred on the formation of people and the renewal of communities through truth, learning, discipleship and purposeful service.

At the heart of his work is a conviction that education is never merely about the transfer of information. It is about the formation of the whole person: intellect, character, faith, imagination and responsibility. His ministry and educational work therefore come together around a common aim: helping people, especially young people, become deeply rooted, intellectually serious, spiritually mature and equipped to serve their generation well.

As Founder & CEO of Inspire Academic™, part of Inspire Vision, Eric leads the development of ambitious education programmes, mentoring initiatives, research-led learning systems, digital tools and community projects designed to widen opportunity and help young people grow in confidence, competence, character and purpose.

His wider vision is expressed through Inspire Vision: a growing Kingdom ecosystem committed to reforming minds, renewing hearts and rebuilding nations through education, mentorship, innovation, health and spiritual formation.

Eric’s ongoing doctoral study is in Educational Policy Studies, with a particular interest in how evidence, policy and educational systems can strengthen learning, opportunity and human flourishing. His academic formation also includes Physics and Philosophy, together with postgraduate training in Biomedical Engineering. His training across these disciplines has contributed to the analytical rigour and interdisciplinary perspective he brings to his wider work.
